*Assistance with External Stop Taps - CALL 07379 117 279 which diverts to an on call mobile (call out charge may be applicable) If for any reason we cannot pick up straight away, please leave your details on the voicemail system and we will contact you within a few minutes.

Please note that the water company is responsible for the network up to and including your water meter or if you are not metered, up to the boundary of your property. Depending on the circumstances, a call out charge of £75.00 plus VAT may be chargeable. All other water issues should be referred to an emergency plumber.
